ColorPale is a free online tool that provides curated color palettes, color information, CSS code snippets, accessibility checks, and color harmonies for designers, artists, and developers. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties.
3. Use of Colors and Palettes
All color palettes and color information provided on ColorPale are free to use in personal and commercial projects. You may use the hex codes, RGB values, HSL values, and CSS code snippets generated by ColorPale without attribution, though attribution is always appreciated.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or impair the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service without permission
- Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service without written consent
- Use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

The ColorPale brand, logo, design, and original content are the property of ColorPale. The color values themselves (hex codes, RGB, HSL) are mathematical representations and are not subject to copyright.
